I have uninstalled, deleted all registry files, LR external editor preset, reinstalled, again nothing. I have also used beta 3.7.1 but again with no luck.
I have the latest Nvidia and AMD Randeon Graphics drivers. I have tried this with a couple of monitors and different HDMI cables and the problem persists.
When I delete the last two registries (ie x and y) in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz DeNoise AI\appMain, then everything works for some time and then the problem appears again. I am not tech savvy, but I can only guess that there must be some sort of clash with Denoise and Geforce (maybe that regards the second monitor?) and after the initial clash, a registry entry remains, so even when I disconnect the second monitor, the program is still not working. Even after disconnecting the secondary monitor / rebooting etc, Denoise will not work again. The minute I connect a second monitor, Denoise only launches once and after exiting, it does not launch again either as a plugin or standalone.
I bought a new laptop (running on windows 11) and when I open denoise AI only from my laptop (as a LR/PS plugin or standalone), everything seems to function properly. I have the latest version of LR/PS/ACR and the latest Denoise AI version. Hello to you all tech savvy friends! I have a strange issue, that you might be able to help me with. So far I haven’t found any way to get Lightroom to match the color processing between two photos, which would solve my issue. I’m looking for ANY way to get the DeNoise photo to look like the Lightroom imported RAW file from the camera with my chosen camera profile. This issue isn’t present if I use DeNoise as a plug-in, by exporting a copy of the Lightroom processed RAW file as a TIFF and having DeNoise, use that, but the resulting DeNoise’d file doesn’t have the detail the one processed as a RAW file does.Ī video on YouTube shows DeNoise working correctly, the DNG file is able to use the camera profiles after importing it, but I can’t get that to work at all. The file ends up looking yellowish in tint and the histogram between the RAW file and the DeNoise DNG file look very different. However, the exported DNG file, from the directly opened RAW file, is not properly recognized by Lightroom and I am unable to apply the proper camera profile to it so the colors are correct. I have the latest DeNoise AI and I love what it can do with my camera’s RAW files.
